Company Slogan

Talking Sense and Making sense of People - ' There's Nowt so queer as Folk ' How true is that ????

Most problems in business are about people one way or another. When things go wrong with people, you have to find the underlying problem behind the symptoms and sort it.

That's what I do.

Working both on and off site

Off site : For clients who want privacy to talk away from their business
Off site : For staff visits at home.

I specialise on the people side of Business -
Providing Prevention and Cures for the people issues
Supporting Execs Directors and Managers with People Issues
Supporting Inhouse and outsourced HR People Issues
Providing support for individuals at any level

Personality types, Mindset and Behaviour, particularly in relation to Gender Differences is my speciality – as a Professional Speaker it's what I talk about.

Larger than life, with a lighter approach to serious issues, a 'What you see is what you get' person I'm the real deal that people can easily relate to.

People say I have a knack of instantly making them relax and feel comfortable. I make them laugh and talk about anything on their minds. This can be on a one-to-one, classroom or audience basis. I have an extremely intuitive sense that can get to the core of an issue quickly, helping people to find true alignment and the way to move forward.

I run courses and seminars that help people to understand themselves and others, cut out the misunderstandings that can lead to hell in the workplace So many conversations around the dinner table are take home problems about people. They don't have to be.

As a consultant I also do profiling for recruitment and appraisals.

The Directors I work with say that legislation takes up so much time they don't have enough to work with people in the way they'd like or used to do. Thats often why I'm first called.

Coming from outside the business its often easier to be objective and to deal with difficult or delicate issues. People can be more open about private matters knowing that when its all over I’ll be walking away and they won’t have to see me every day.
